Below are a list of technological items I plan on using within the classroom. Click each picture to find out more information!

Edmodo helps connect learners with the teachers and resources needed to reach their full potential! I worked on implementing this during my student teaching. It provided opportunities for students that needed extra help, as well as helped my visually impaired student with easier accessibility to homework.

Aurasma is an augmented reality application that I used with my iPad. It is truly a fascinating application! I could record myself re-teaching a complicated lesson, take a picture of the homework, and connect the video to the homework. That way, when the students held their smartphone or Apple product over the homework, my video popped up to re-teach them if they were confused!

Super Teacher Tools was a fantastic website to use for creating groups, generating random names, and making study tools such as Jeopardy, Who Wants to Be A Millionaire, or Hangman. The students liked seeing their name on the board much more than having popsicle sticks drawn!

I found SqoolTube while doing research online for new ways to teach different lessons. SqoolTube provided me with free educational videos, printable lessons, and other great sources for me to use in the classroom. It was also organized in a very helpful manner and is a website I'll use again!

With a digital library, weekly writing practice, online writing and peer reviews, Common Core assignments, and multimedia lessons available, this site is a fully-featured tool for teaching and learning that can be a big help in the classroom.

Fun Brain is an interactive online site for students to play games involving mathematics and reading, and sharpen their skills in both!

Pinterest is a fantastic source to find countless ideas for bulletin boards, classroom management tools, and many other teaching resources! I've used it to implement many different ideas in the classroom!

I put the iPad 2 because it has benefitted me in countless ways. With the hundreds upon hundreds of apps available, I have been able to find many different ways to make my class unique. I have found applications to aid in classroom management, specific subject material, classroom organization, daily planning methods, and so much more. I currently have 20 educational apps and I'm always looking for more!
